A. Whenever possible, we reschedule trips and apply all paid funds toward future reservations, within the parameters of our standard cancellation policies below. In most cases, rescheduled trips do not incur any cancellation fees. (Rescheduled trips may not be the same cost and are subject to change)
Standard Golf Cancellation Policy: Must confirm cancellation verbally and in writing via email with staff within 3 days of play. (No cancellations or refunds within 3 days of scheduled play date)
Standard Lodging Cancellation Policy: Must confirm cancellation verbally and in writing via email with staff within 3 days of arrival. (No cancellations or refunds within 3 days of scheduled arrival or play date)
Standard Cancellation Fees: 15% of total package or per person total.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing/emailed and confirmed and approved by our staff prior to any cancellation details above.
